高安德(Andrew Grant)
高安德先生是麦肯锡公司的资深董事兼大中华区总裁,同时亦为麦肯锡全球董事会成员,目前常驻上海。高先生于1992年在悉尼加入麦肯锡,先后在东京、伦敦、圣地亚哥和奥克兰等地工作,后调动至大中华区任总裁。
高先生在亚洲地区为不同行业的企业客户提供管理咨询,特别是基础材料和消费品行业。在新西兰工作期间,他曾为新西兰总理和政府提供咨询服务。作为企业增长方面的专家,他曾就如何高效利用资金实现盈利增长为财富500强公司以及众多政府部门提供咨询服务。
作为大中华区总裁,高先生负责指导麦肯锡通过北京、上海、香港和台北四家分公司为广大客户提供专业的咨询服务。
高先生系牛津大学罗德学者,并以最高荣誉获得牛津大学的政治、哲学和经济学硕士学位。此外,高先生还拥有新西兰奥克兰大学土木工程学学士学位。
Andrew Grant
Andrew Grant leads McKinsey & Company’s practice in Greater China. He joined McKinsey in Sydney in 1992 and has subsequently worked in Tokyo, London, Santiago and Auckland before transferring to Greater China. He is also a member of McKinsey’s Shareholders Council.
In Asia Andrew has served clients in several sectors particularly in basic materials and consumer goods. He has also been a close advisor to the New Zealand Prime minister and government. An expert on growth, he has advised a number of governments and Fortune 500 companies on fastening capital efficient profitable growth.
As McKinsey’s leader in Greater China, Andrew is responsible for shaping the Firm’s service to clients across its 4 offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Taipei.
Andrew won a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford University, where he gained a Masters of Politics, Philosophy and Economics with first class honours. He also holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree with first class honours from the Auckland University in New Zealand.
